Beachborough School is lucky enough to have a cohort of very willing and supportive Parents who work tirelessly to organise school events, fundraising initiatives and to enhance the enjoyment and team community of the school. Some of our regular events include our sell-out Fireworks Display which includes a bonfire, hot food and drinks and an immersive display of fireworks to commemorate this yearly tradition. The youngest child in Form lll always lights the bonfire and the event provides an opportunity for the school and its families to come together to celebrate whilst raising money for the school’s chosen charities.
Our bi-annual Christmas Bazaar is an opportunity to welcome our wider community to spend the day Christmas shopping with us. With over 70 local exhibitors housed throughout the theatre and sports hall, showcasing a variety of crafts, gifts and talents, as well as Santa’s Grotto, funfair and children’s activities, the event is always well attended with enthusiastic shoppers.
The much anticipated bi-annual Beachborough Ball is an event in which Parents and Staff come together to celebrate on a Summer’s evening in June. An idyllic setting, glorious weather, a sumptuous meal, flowing drinks and dancing the night away is the format of the evening for this long-awaited event which also acts as a huge fundraiser for our chosen charities with every other year our Parent Team prepare and execute a very memorable evening.
