My name is Julie Wing-Smith and I am the Registrar at Beachborough.
We are delighted that you are considering Beachborough for your son or daughter. As Registrar, I am here to guide you through the Admissions process and would be pleased to answer any questions you may have in choosing the right nursery and school for your child.
I know that this is one of the most important decisions you will make. I will be here to welcome you when you arrive for your visit, introduce you to the Headmaster and be your first point of contact. With 14 years of experience at Beachborough, I am here to help you and your child make a smooth transition from your current educational setting to Beachborough, if you decide to accept a place.
I look forward to meeting you,

Prospective pupils may be registered for admission at any time after birth. Children can join in any year group in which there is space, but there are certain key years which form natural entry points when groups of new children will be starting together. These are Nursery (pupils aged 2½-4), Reception (pupils aged 4-5) and Form III (pupils aged 7-8). Once registered, we invite all children to take part in a Taster Day so that they can join their year group, meet teachers and pupils, and get an idea of what life at Beachborough is like. Children entering Pre-Prep 1 and above will complete written assessments to help us be sure we can meet their academic needs. The registration fee is non-refundable and does not constitute the offer of a place at Beachborough.
Acceptance of a Place
I will arrange an appointment for your child to have a taster day with us which sometimes includes an interview with the Headmaster. With your permission, I will write to your child’s school for a confidential reference before we are able to confirm your place. Once a place is offered, completion of the form and a deposit payment will ensure a place is reserved for your child at Beachborough. The deposit is refundable after your child has left the school.
