Health & Safety Compliance & Operations Manager

Permanent, Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Beachborough School is seeking to appoint an experienced and proactive Health & Safety Compliance & Operations Manager to lead and oversee the school’s compliance, health & safety, data protection, and operational support functions. Reporting directly to the Bursar, you will play a key role in ensuring the school operates safely, responsibly, and in accordance with all relevant legislation and best practice

Working closely with the Bursar, Deputy Head (Operations) and Estates Manager, you will be responsible for driving a positive health and safety culture, managing compliance across the school, overseeing operational support within your remit, and leading the Housekeeping Team and Caretaker. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and collaborative professional with strong compliance and operational management experience to make a significant impact across a busy and successful school environment.
